As an election software provider in the US, Tenex takes privacy very seriously. When you use our mobile application (the “App”) or any of our software modules, we appreciate that you are trusting us with personal information. User accounts for Tenex’s platforms are created using a name, email, password and optionally phone number.
Email addresses are only used for logging in, password resets, responding to emails that you initiate, and sending notifications. We do not send spam or promotional emails.
Phone numbers are used for multi-factor authentication text messages, application updates, and other user-initiated items. We do not complete/send spam or promotional text messages or phone calls.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, apps, and customer support. We do not share your information with any outside parties.
All information and data stored by Tenex is stored on our servers located ONLY in the continental United States. No data or information is stored, transferred, or processed internationally.
For the use of our mobile applications (EPB, TED Mobile), we must store a token for each device using the application. This token is used for the application to connect back to the backend server.

If you upload files to one of our modules, we store the file until you delete them. Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days unless the laws of the individual jurisdiction require a different length of retention. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.
